Delete my data
You’re in control of your data. Most of it lives on your own device and in your own Google Drive — which you can delete yourself, any time. For the little we hold in our backend, you can request full deletion below.
Delete it yourself (instant)
Because Loktra is privacy-first, almost everything is already under your control:
- Delete evidence in the app. Open Loktra → Evidence → tap any item → delete. Or lower your storage limit to auto-recycle.
- Delete evidence from Drive. Open Google Drive → the “Loktra” folder → delete the files. This removes the actual media permanently.
- Sign out. Loktra → Settings → Delivery → Sign out. This stops delivery and unlinks your device.
- Uninstall Loktra. Remove Loktra’s Device Admin first (Settings → Security), then uninstall. This clears all on-device data.
What our backend holds — and what gets deleted
We store only account and device metadata in your own Firebase project space. Your photos, video and audio are never on our servers — they go only to your own Google Drive. The one exception for location: when you run a remote “locate” from your own portal, that device’s last coordinates are written to your own private cloud record so your portal can show them on a map. It is your data, in your account, and is removed when you delete your account data.

Request full account-data deletion
To have us delete the account and device data associated with your Google account, submit the form below. It is delivered to us through Web3Forms (a form-to-email relay); only the email and details you type are processed, solely to action your request.
